14 jours est la durée légale de rétractation. Si votre sculpture ne contient pas de personnalisation ou qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un projet client mais d'une création à l'initiative du créateur, vous pourrez (selon les CGU) nous retourner l’article commandé. De ce fait, le certificat sera alors conservé par CMX-F.
Lorsqu’il s’agit d’un envoi, Un objet d’art ou considéré comme tel ne doit jamais avoir sa “carte d’identité” avec lui. Si d’aventure, pendant le transport, il viendrait à être volé ou endommagé, le créateur se réserve le droit de détruire son label.
